pastafarian L0: That is not what happened at all. My starting balance in Investbox was 0.05017110 before I sent .01. After I sent, it was 0.04017110. When I closed the investment the balance dropped to 0.03017110 (before) and I was credited back only to 0.04017110. It can clearly be seen as it's my first two Investbox transactions

I raised this concern right away after the incident. Looking through my deposits, withdrawal, and trade history, it also isn't adding up without the missing 0.01

pastafarian L0: Per the support message as well, I was told to close the dice investment that I was only paid one day for. Even with that I cannot close the investment and receive an error. I'm not sure what the problems I'm experiencing with Investbox are. I hope I can at least get assistance with that

In 2017 there was no "dice investment", there was investbox and at some investments there was a condition to play dice game to get paid 24 hours after investing. But As I remember, you CREATED an investment that does not matter in this case, what matters that in the same day you created and closed an investment (this did not effect your balance at all) and while it was opened, you played dice game and lost. So what? You lost, move on.
